Melissa Loseke Ablett, D.O.

At Skai Health, Dr. Melissa Loseke leads the women’s health programme with a focus on hormone optimisation, menopause management, and personalised preventative care. Her approach integrates advanced diagnostics, regenerative medicine, and precision-based protocols to help women achieve hormonal balance, longevity, and optimal wellbeing.

Dr. Loseke earned her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University and completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she has built an esteemed career across family, regenerative, and functional medicine.

Previously serving as Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director for several national clinics in the U.S., Dr. Loseke developed and led clinical protocols in hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, weight management, regenerative treatments, and cellular optimisation. She is also the Founder of Re-New Institute, a leading clinic dedicated to holistic wellness and functional longevity.

Recognised as a pioneer in her field, Dr. Loseke was the first physician in Nebraska certified through the Cellular Medicine Association to perform and teach advanced regenerative procedures. She holds additional certifications in peptide therapy, cellular medicine, aesthetics, and ozone therapy.
