Skai Member Experience

The foundation of long-term health starts here

The first 90 days at Skai are designed to do one thing: build a deep, accurate understanding of your health, and translate it into a clear strategy for the years ahead. This is not a single assessment or a quick diagnosis. It’s a structured onboarding journey that establishes your baseline, identifies early risk, and creates the blueprint for how your care will evolve over time.

By day 90, you won’t just have results. You’ll have direction.

Understanding before intervention

Clarity before optimisation

Before we change anything, we need to understand everything that matters, your physiology, your lifestyle, your goals, and how they interact over time.

The first three months focus on:

Building a comprehensive health baseline
Identifying early signals across key systems
Tracking meaningful change, not isolated numbers
Aligning your medical team around a shared strategy

This is prevention and optimisation taken to its logical extreme — responsibly and under medical oversight.

The Timeline

Visit 1

Initial Onboarding

Setting the foundation

Your journey begins with an in-depth onboarding session of approximately three hours at the clinic. This is your opportunity to share your health goals, lifestyle context, and long-term vision. Your medical team will take the time to understand not just where you are today, but where you want to be in the years ahead. During this visit, we conduct a comprehensive executive-style physical and begin detailed biomarker profiling. This initial data collection forms the foundation of your healthspan blueprint, the reference point everything else builds upon.

Advanced Imaging

Looking beneath the surface

Early-stage disease rarely announces itself. That’s why we look deeper. In this phase, members, particularly those on Elevate and above, undergo a curated program of high-resolution imaging. This may include MRI, CT, DEXA, and other targeted studies, selected based on your individual risk profile. These insights allow us to assess structural and functional health early, when intervention is most effective

Performance & Nutrition Analysis

Understanding how your body functions

Next, we shift from structure to function.

Across several visits, we assess:

Peak VO, and cardiovascular capacity
Power output, movement quality, and range of motion
Neurological and cognitive performance

We’ll begin tracking key lifestyle habits using your Skai-provided wearable devices. This allows us to observe how sleep, activity, stress, and recovery show up in your real-world data. This phase reveals not just how healthy you are, but how resilient your systems truly are.

Bloodwork Follow-Up

Establishing trends, not snapshots

Around 60 days after your initial onboarding, you’ll return for repeat blood and lab analytics. This second data point allows us to establish early trends across hormones, inflammation, metabolic markers, stress indicators, and more. Rather than relying on a single snapshot, we begin to see how your body is responding over time. This is where insight becomes far more actionable.

Reporting & Strategic Planning

From data to direction

By day 90, we’ve built a comprehensive dataset, including trends across hundreds of biomarkers and performance indicators. With this depth of understanding, your healthcare team delivers a multidisciplinary report and a personalised action plan designed to optimise health, performance, and long-term resilience. This plan becomes the strategic guide for your ongoing care — refined, revisited, and evolved as your life and priorities change.

What Happens After Day 90

From onboarding to ongoing partnership

The first 90 days are just the beginning. Once your baseline and strategy are established, your care transitions into a steady rhythm of monitoring, review, and refinement - supported by your concierge medical team throughout the year. This is where prevention compounds, insight deepens, and health becomes something you manage with confidence. not uraency.
