You cycle on a stationary bike wearing a mask that measures every breath. It starts easy and builds gradually. You’re not sprinting from the start.

The cycling part takes 8 to 15 minutes and you can stop whenever you want. Our clinical team monitors you the whole time.

Alongside the test, we run a comprehensive cardiac blood panel so we can see what’s happening inside the system as well as how it performs under load. The full visit is about 60 minutes including set-up, recovery and a first conversation about your results.
